The work “Qualia” is an artistic representation of the “Qualia” concept of Philosophy. The work represents what is subjective in human perception, or rather, the subjective qualities of consciousness. Qualia is something that we cannot point out or demonstrate, since it would be subject to the perception of the other. That's why it remains a mystery.

The mysterious being shown in the work is a representation of our interior. Inside, we do not have color, hair or any other characteristic, other than our own subjective qualities. The cube is what is inside us, and which cannot be deciphered or even demonstrated.
